At Turrango’s, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right — within the guidelines below.

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery on most unused items.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
   
• All accessories, manuals, and components must be included
   
• Proof of purchase is required
   

Items returned in used or damaged condition may be denied or assessed a restocking fee.

For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Airsoft guns, P2P launchers, and training markers
   
• Laser cartridges or electronic components that have been used
   
• Ammunition-style products (including powderless/laser training calibers)
   
• Any item showing wear, modification, or signs of use
   
• Clearance or final-sale items
   

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged on arrival:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
    
2. Include your order number and photos of the issue
    
3. We will repair, replace, or refund depending on the situation
    

Manufacturer warranties may also apply on certain brands.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
   
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
   
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
   

Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to process after approval.

Orders may be canceled before they ship.
Once an order is processed or shipped, it is subject to the normal return policy.
